TERMS & CONDITIONS: Air Transportation Round trip economy-class transportation from Lagos to Guangzhou return via China Southern Airways or Ethiopean Airlines. Transfers All land transfers to/from airport and destinations in itinerary by deluxe air-conditioned coach. Accommodation 7 nights accommodation in 3*, 4*or 5* hotel based on single or double room occupancy in single or twin-bed room with private facilities. Meals Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided daily. Tours & Excursions Your tour will be a visual delight with opportunities to shop and do business at the Canton fair and markets in Guangzhou. Tips & Taxes Tips to drivers and guides are not included. Recommended minimum tipping is $5 per person per day. Payments Prices are valid only during the 106th Canton Fair from Oct. 20- 28, 2009. Full payment must be completed by September 30, 2009. Late registration will attract an additional 10% late registration charge. Cancellation & Refund Cancellations attract a non-refundable agency fee of US$100.00. Payments are refundable in full less the agency fee up to 21 days before departure. Tour cancellations must be in writing and are subject to the following penalties, in addition to the agency fee; 21- 15 days prior to departure . . . . . . . . 10% of tour price 14 - 8 days prior to departure . . . . . . . . 20% of tour price 07 - 04 days prior to departure . . . . . . . . 50% of tour price 03 - days prior to departure ........100% NO REFUND will be given for unused services after commencement of tour. Trip Information Prior to departure from Nigeria, participants will recieve instructions concerning all aspects of the trip.
